Hello!
We are a family of 5, living in the Seattle area. In some moments this looks prettier than others, but all of it is real. Join me as I embark on recording moments within the lives we are lucky enough to help shape!
We find ourselves in the middle of lots of fun projects. These projects arise seasonally and I like to share them with you. I love entertaining, cooking and preserving food, and sewing. I enjoy all things creative and am learning not to be scared of DIY. I am also working on my photography skills. All of the photos on this blog are taken by me on either a Nikon D70, Nikon D3200, or my iPhone. Our projects typically begin within the needs of the family (birthday party? dinner idea? sewing a burp cloth for a messy baby?). My fingers need to be involved in some project or another, so what you see on this blog is usually what I am doing during preschool or nap time!
